[illumos-Advocates] Commit comment format: email addresses, blank line?

I asked Garrett about the format, and his answer was: RFC 5322 is fine.

I'm happy to have a blank line, but just wanted you to raise the
question on advocates (or wherever) before starting the practice.

So, anyone else have concerns about Rich's proposed blank line
between the list of bugs and the reviewers/approver?
