If you want to modify share level acl, you can do it from some Windows versions only with computer management <br>
or with the new napp-it ACL extension (on development)

If you smb-login as root you can only change folder acl

q2 dedup <br>
if you want to use dedup, you must first enable it. After this all new datablocks that you save on this pool are deduped.
it does not dedup already saved data. 

do not forget: you need about 2,5 GB additional RAM for every TB of data or it may become extremely slow

look in folder /var/web-gui/data/napp-it

q4 se11  <br>
Solaris Express 11 Build 151 is described by Oracle as stable with support. You are only allowed to use it non commercailly and for demo-use.  It has the most modern ZFS 31 with encryption.

OI build 151 lacks  these "features" currently
