Someone with access to infra01.uk/dlc.uk.openindiana.org needs to create:

http://dlc.openindiana.org/oi-build/source-archives

This then ideally needs to be populated with the archives that oi-build downloads. This can be achieved by doing something along the lines of:

1. Download oi-build, cd oi-build
2. mkdir /var/tmp/source-archives
3. export USERLAND_ARCHIVES=/var/tmp/source-archives
4. cd components ; make download

This should download all the archives to /var/tmp/source-archives, which can then be uploaded to dlc.
