In debian, installing build-essentials delivers a set of packages needed to do basic building of packages.

oi-build could ship a similar package, to enable users to "pkg install build-essential" to get everything they need to use oi-build.

Andrzej suggested that the package list could be taken from build-zone.mk

We could also then make the "check-environment" target check for the presence and minimum version of build-essential.
