[illumos-Developer] Why does not install?

In order to upgrade you have to be on onnv_145 since it contains
refreshed caiman/ips packages.
Here is how I test illumos bits in virtualbox:

- upgrade opensolaris to b134
- reboot
- upgrade to onnv_145
- reboot
- upgrade to compiled illumos packages (b147)
