[illumos-Developer] Notes for vbox users

I have illumos running under VBox, following the wiki procedure (and after a few missteps)...

At various times I encountered resource problems: ran out of disk space during the 
build with a 16G disk image, ran out of RAM/SWAP during the build with just 2G RAM and minimal swap.
After the last build failure and adding swap I was able to resume the build with 'nightly -i' and 
complete it successfully.  It was also pointed out on IRC that setting CW_NO_SHADOW=1 can be used 
to disable the shadow build with gcc.  These two points might be useful notes to add to the wiki.

For those setting up their own VMs, choose carefully regarding RAM and disk size.

The VM configuration that worked for me had 2G RAM, 4G swap, 100G disk
