[illumos-Developer] webrev: 377 removal of perl 5.8.4

The thing is, perl 5.8.4 won't be required for this.  We're getting rid
of perl 5.8.4.  We *still* have a dependency on perl 5.10.0, and this
change doesn't affect that.

This is a *big* improvement in the right direction.
