With the integration of:

368 snmpdx is obsolete and neesd to go

The snmpdx agent, and several supporting private libraries, have been
removed.  This shouldn't affect you, but you might need to update
configuration files if you had been using this in conjunction with
net-snmp (SMA).  (This wasn't the default mode of operation.)

Also, you'll want to clean up your proto area if you do incremental
builds, otherwise you'll get warnings during the packaging build.
