[illumos-Developer] Building illumos-gate on SPARC

After a few failed builds,
I remember I need to create a 30G/50G OpenSolaris VMWware image to
avoid out-of-disk-space issue during build.
Don't know the exact number, but 20G for building purpose is a safe number.
