[illumos-Developer] Issue #128 - please review a webrev

Looks OK to me, for now.

Eventually we need to nuke that file again, as its an Oracle trademark.
The time to do that is when we fix the tools so that onu runs a "native"
version of tools rather than being sensitive to whatever is installed on
the system previously.
