[illumos-Developer] snmpdx and mibiisa

I think these things are past their time.  mibiisa is closed source.
Its not entirely clear to me what the value of snmpdx is *without*
mibiisa.

snmpdx is Obsolete at Oracle.

Can we agree to just remove both of these components, and assume that
distributions that want SNMP support will use net-snmp?

Am I missing something here?
