[illumos-Developer] rge driver fix for Illumos

Hi all,
it's a opensolaris bug
(https://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/show_bug.cgi?id=10710),
but as it still not fixed in osol, can we apply patch from Masayuki-san
in Illumos? I did this and my card work's perfectly now in Illumos
(without this I must unplumb-plumb driver every 5 minutes on my laptop).
I have reply from Masayuki - he's not familiar with Illumos yet.
