Yes, I used iscsiadm as in bug  description.
iscsiadm --mode discovery --type sendtargets --portal 172.16.7.1:3260,
successfully get target names list. 255 ones exist.
Without this fix I get truncated text response if targets number more 
than 118 and then 0x3f REJECTED response.
