[illumos-Developer] Proposal: Add memory clearing allocator to libnvpair

It'd be to an existing mapfile.  I think I created an RFE last night
(I'll need to look).

After you mentioned it online last night, just for testing, I went
ahead and added a similar section to the libnvpair map file, and
tested w/ my test program (which passed).  So when I get home tonight,
I'll generate a webrev, bundle, nightly results, etc. for review &
approval.
