[illumos-Developer] Illumos device drivers (Was: Solaris Future?)

I tried Ubuntu 10.10 on it.  The wired ethernet works.  What are the
legalities of examining the Linux driver or Red Hat patches to the
driver to find a fix for the Illumos driver?
