Submitted for your approval... The data sheets between the SiI3124 and the SiI3531are word-for-word identical when it comes to the command set description.  I tested this on my HP mediasmart ex495 without any issues.

The diff is in the bug report: https://www.illumos.org/issues/1299

I am open to any comments.
