[illumos-Developer] Should the illumos libc glob includeGLOB_LIMIT?

I've created a bug report for this issue:

    Bug #1097: glob(3c) needs to support non-POSIX options

It's complicated but seems possible.  I'm assuming that the easiest
thing would be complete replacement of that library function.  Where
would we find source for a suitable replacement?
