[illumos-Developer] webrev: man fixes, new man pages

This webrev adds three missing man pages (audioemu10k and audioctl), and
also fixes one man page bug.  While here I fixed up the prototypes.

        820 audioemu10k(7D) manual page needed
        809 need a new audioctl(1)
        838 MHIOC_CLEAR is implemented now
        839 Prototype updates for 2011.
	840 Need audiocmihd(7d) man page
