There exists "proxy like" software to create a restartable tunnel over
TCP/IP. That is, you tunnel the "zfs send" thru this soft, and you can
even reboot the destination, without losing the connection (in this
particular case, rebooting would kill the "send receive".

In my software catalog I have a program called "rocks" to do just this.
But it is from 2002 and I am offline now, so I can't use Google.

Writing some similar replacement seems easy enough in something like
Python. You must simpy ACK every block you receive.

Good luck sending 30TB thru Internet...
