Hey all

I'd like folks to review:

  945 want easy script access to service log files
  946 want ability to list services in a zone from the GZ
  947 want basic administration and interrogation of NGZ services from GZ
  950 svcadm error message on configd bind failure is useless

950 is something that annoyed me while I was playing around with it

I wrote the manual page diffs for Joyent's changes, so should take the
blame if I goofed (Bryan, are your manpage diffs available anywhere?)
