This allows Samba to use our native LDAP lib
(without crazy hacks).  Add a missing symbol.

BTW, I'm submitting patches to Samba to make
the it build with full AD support using the native
LDAP and Kerberos libs.  Something that's just
not as easy as it should be right now.  This is a
prerequisite for some of the Samba fixes.
