One more RFE for Samba compatibility.  (previous was 976)

I had originally proposed a work-around in Samba for this problem,
but they argued that gssapi.h exports gss_mech_krb5 on all their
other platforms, and that one can not effectively use GSSAPI
without such a symbol exported.  Therefore, I'm now proposing
we go ahead and export this.  Please review:
