[illumos-Discuss] Clang builds a working Linux Kernel

Hi all,

It seems "Clang can now compile a functional Linux Kernel (version
2.6.36, SMP)." It seems crypto is giving problems. More details here:

http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.compilers.clang.devel/11432

I think clang command line arguments are similar/compatible to gcc's, so
I think a quick & dirty way to try clang out would be to add symbolic
links from the gcc directory to llvm/clang ones, right?

Thanks,
Antonio
