Right - the sunpro (aka devpro) consolidation delivers a number of
components owned by the compiler team directly to the WOS. Unfortunately,
they were never good about source updates, mostly just
component-by-component source drops to:
http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/downloads/devpro
I don't see cpp called out there, but didn't check to see if it was
included in the tools bundle with sccs & make.
