A SchilliX based on b147+ is ready now.

If you have an Illumos base that would at least in addition support 
German locales, e.g. de_DE.ISO8859-1 .....

I could create a SchilliX based on Illumos within a day (asuming that Illumos 
compiles the same as b147+).
