[illumos-Developer] Plans on removing dependency on IPS ?

No formal plans, but I'm working with a few of my engineers to do this.
We'll probably replace that with an SVR4-ish dependency for building,
using the SVR4 tools we have in tree.  (IPS will still be an option, but
should be *optional* rather than *mandatory*.)

No timeline yet.
