When your customer ran "netservices limited" does it means he just
made his system secure? While it probably means he just shredded some
specific netservice, that has been configured separately by
svcadmin/svccfg for the particular purpose with specific attributes.
And second, most important, what you offer your customer to do, if he
needs to run something like "netservices
alittlebitmorethanjustlimited"? :-)

Removal of this strange "template" is completely right decision.
