  Sham, you need to read the iSCSI specification for iqns.  The date 
needs to change.  The date that is used should be the date that the 
illumos.org domain first went active.

As far as making this a DDI property, I'm of a mixed mind.  This isn't 
something that should be changing that often.  But I suppose if it helps 
other people, we can make it a DDI property.
