[illumos-Developer] webrev: 896 sata module can panic on smartctl issued in vbox

  This is a Nexenta bug (I'll fix the hg comments, so don't worry about 
this), but it affects illumos too.  In fact, the bug causes illumos to 
panic in vbox if you run certain smartctl commands, or do anything to 
cause an initiator-initiated reset.

The panic is 100% reproducible.  And good news is, I can't reproduce it 
in vbox anymore after this change.  (Nexentians: this will be a change 
for NCP as well. :-)
