[illumos-Developer] New Redmine Instance For Testing

Hi folks,

I've mostly completed a test migration of the existing Redmine site to new
hosting.  Everything *should* be working essentially as you'd expect,
including the functions that integrate with a clone of a project's backing
hg repository.  Please try and break it at this temporary URL, report back,
etc!  Feedback very welcome, on- or off-list.

Note 1: Data you enter/alter within this site won't be replicated
          back to the production copy and will be discarded when
          we do the real migration some time soon.

Note 2: At present you're speaking directly with tomcat.   The
           real site will be behind Apache and have SSL.

Note 3: There may be some hard-coded URLs in page content that
           take you back to the production illumos.org site,
           so if you're going to alter data please watch your
           address bar.
