In order of preference, here are the solutions I'd favor:
1: fix 850 now, making system(3C) run /bin/sh
2: temporarily put /usr/xpg4/bin/sh back in SUNWcs
(with a note that it belongs in system-xopen-xcu4)
3: make SUNWcs depend on system-xopen-xcu4 (ick)
I haven't yet heard anything but worry preventing choice 1 :)
